Permits plus professional installation may be required by law.

Mount the bracket

  1. Click the level tool (included in the box) into the mounting bracket.

  2. Place the mounting bracket so that you can access the wires for power.

  3. Level the mounting bracket using the level tool.

  4. Drive the screws into the holes.

    • If mounting on a masonry surface, use the mounting bracket as a template to mark pilot holes.

    • Drill holes and insert the anchors.

  5. Remove the level tool from the mounting bracket.

Connect the wires

Connect the wires to the screws on the mounting bracket. It doesn't matter which order the wires are connected, just be sure the wires don't touch each other.

Place your Ring Video Doorbell on the mounting bracket

Line up the tabs from the mounting bracket to the slots on the back of your Ring Video Doorbell. Don't be afraid to use a little force.
