To change or correct your address in the Ring app:
- Open the Ring app on your mobile device.
- Tap the menu (≡) in the top left corner of your Dashboard.
- Tap on Settings.
- Tap on Change Address.
- Enter your new address, or update an existing one.
- Confirm your address is correct and it will be automatically saved.
Note: You may need to enter your address manually if it doesn't auto-populate as you're typing it in. If you are a Ring Alarm user, you may need to re-establish your Professional Monitoring when you add your new address.
