Alexa Greetings
Alexa Greetings is a voice service available for Video Doorbell Pro customers with any Ring Protect Plan in the U.S. You can enable Alexa Greetings to greet visitors, take messages, and provide specific instructions on where to leave packages. Requires a Ring Video Doorbell Pro or Ring Video Doorbell Pro 2.

Compatibility & usage
Ring Video Doorbell Pro works with any other Ring device is completely compatible with Echo devices.
It’s also water resistant and rated for temperatures from -5°F to 120°F.

Internet requirements
Ring Video Doorbell Pro is compatible with a/b/g/n wifi networks operating on 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz frequencies.
We recommend a high-speed internet connection.
Data usage and recording plans
Ring Video Doorbell Pro will only use data when it’s activated by an event, recording an event, or when you access Live View on the Ring app. If the Video Doorbell doesn’t detect motion or isn’t activated with the app, it won’t use your data.
Video recording requires a subscription to any Ring Protect plan, an optional service that allows you to view, save and share video.

Installation
In the product packaging, there are long mounting screws and security screws. The mounting screws are used to affix the mounting bracket to your door or wall. Once the device is installed, use the screwdriver to tighten the security screws into the bottom of the Ring Video Doorbell Pro faceplate to help deter theft.
For your safety, use only the short security screws under the faceplate. Using any other type of screw could damage the battery and create a potential fire hazard.
Video Doorbell Pro can be adjusted to angles optimal for your home through the use of a Wedge Kit or Corner Kit (included).

Refunds
You have 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to request a full refund. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
Warranty
Ring offers a 1-year parts and lifetime theft protection warranty for your doorbell.

If your Ring Video Doorbell is stolen, we’ll replace it for free. Simply fulfill the reporting requirements, and we’ll ship you a replacement Video Doorbell Pro 2.
