The name of Video Doorbell Pro has changed to Wired Doorbell Plus. All the great features of your Video Doorbell Pro are still the same. If you purchased a Wired Doorbell Plus, you can use instructions for Video Doorbell Pro.
These settings can be updated at any time and affect your existing hardwired doorbell chime.
Changing these settings will not affect your Ring Chime device
- Open the Ring app.
- Tap the menu (☰), then tap Devices.
- Tap on your Ring Pro.
- Tap Device Settings.
- Select In-Home Chime Settings.
- Tap the toggle to turn on or turn off your in-home doorbell chime.
- If the toggle is blue, the feature is turned on.
- If the toggle is white, the feature is turned off.
- Tap Save in the upper right to save your changes.
