The Ring app uses your phone number for two-factor authentication, and more. You can update your phone number in the Ring app or in your account at Ring.com.
Receive your verification codes via a different phone number when signing in.
How to change your Ring account phone number
From the Ring app:

- Open the Ring app.
- Open the menu and go to Control Center.
- Tap Account Management.
- Under Phone Number, tap Update.
- You'll be asked to re-enter your password.
- You'll then be asked to enter your sign-in code. Help me find my verification code.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Confirm the new number was entered correctly.
- Tap Save.
From your desktop or mobile browser:
- Log in to your account at Ring.com.
- If you're on desktop: tap the Dashboard home icon at the top, then Account.
- If you're on mobile: tap the top menu (☰).
- Scroll down to Control Center.
- Click Account Management.
- Under Phone Number, click Update.
- You'll be asked to re-enter your password.
- You'll then be asked to enter your sign-in code. Help me find my verification code.
- Enter your new phone number.
- Confirm the new number was entered correctly.
- Click Save.
