While Ring Intercom is compatible with most audio intercom systems, we recommend checking compatibility before purchase. Video intercom systems are not compatible with Ring Intercom.
Where can I find the brand of my intercom? The brand name is typically printed on the front of the intercom housing. If you can’t find the brand name on the front of the intercom housing, check either behind the front cover or on the back of your intercom. Note: There are several ways to remove the front cover of your existing intercom, depending on the system you are using. Once you have removed the cover, check the following locations:

Where can I find the model number of my intercom? The model number is typically printed behind the front cover, near the internal wiring.
If the model cannot be located behind the front cover, check on the back of your intercom. Unscrew the handset from the wall and look for a sticker displaying the brand and model number. |
